Because each Poindexter Press item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
